Named after my Venezuelan-born grandmother, Daphne, this amber hot sauce is made with locally sourced raw honey from Heidelberg, Ontario, and infused with Carolina Reapers peppers.
Drizzle over roasted Brussel sprouts, freshly baked biscuits, chicken and waffles for some WICKED (Smart) sweet heat.
Ingredients: Honey, apple cider vinegar, Carolina Reaper peppers, lemon juice and salt.
