Hi Mountain Wild Goose Original Blend Jerky Kit is created and blended especially for waterfowl hunters. Wild Goose Original Blend Jerky Kit can also be used with beef, wild game, poultry, fish or any meat you choose.

Kit includes one package of cure, one package of seasoning, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions.

Ingredients: Salt, pepper, garlic powder, dehydrated soy sauce [soy sauce (wheat, soybeans, salt) maltodextrin, salt] and spice extractives. Not more than 2% soybean oil and silicon dioxide to prevent caking. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.
